The 2nd page is really impressive. But I know nothing about Crossroads.
Who or where might be a good resource for all the normal technical questions like:
- who makes their frame
- how do their published weights compare to actual
- pricing
- factory support
- wheels/tires/axles
- general craftsmanship
Thanks.

WEll - you obviously found Crossroads web site. There is an excellent owners forum on that site where you can learn all the good/bad things related to their products.

I suggest you visit the forums. Crossroads is owned by THOR and has been around for several years. Of note, they have a standard 2+5 year warranty and have a excellent forum and factory repair/parts center in Topeka, Indiana.
We are so far very pleased with ours.

Go to the Crossroads forum, They have all kinds of info there. If you go to the Seville section or any other model section, you can build your own unit. When you finish building it, they will give you the MSRP. The forum will give you the good and the bad, Having said that we are on our second CrossRoads product, and have been very happy with out choice. The factory support from them takes a back seat to no one, in fact probably sets a high standard
We have a new Crossroads Cruiser CF31QB. We shopped many different brands for months before ordering the Cruiser. As the earlier poster stated, their build quality, attention to detail and customer service are outstanding.
I know the Cruiser has a Lippert frame if that matters. I think Crossroads uses Lippert across all its brands.
Crossroads has been in business for about 13 years ands was bought by Thor a couple of years ago.
The town of Topeka, Ohio is tiny and right in the heart of the Amish RV country. It almost seems as though Crossroads occupies half of the town. There are several other RV factories on the same road.
Everyone has thier own preferences and needs so what I have may not tickle another's fancy but for us, we made a great choice.

Ours in made by Thor also, which is part of Dutchman. Have about 15k miles with not to many problems. I did see on the 2nd page that Lippert does make the frame to Crossroads specs.
