I don't know but I change my at about 20K. I would have to look in the owners manual for a better number.

Changing annually has worked for me for 15 years and two Cummins. Manual says to drain a little fuel from the filter monthly to get rid of water. I'm not real punctual with that program.

I do mine every oil change.(05 cummins ) I know it's overkill but it's a left over habit from my 18 wheeler days. Don't know if its true or not but have heard that frequent filter changes may extend injector life. That may be an old wives tale as well.

Have been changing mine with every oil change @ 7500 miles (25.5K on the clock)
Starting to think that's a bit of overkill
Considering upping to every 10K miles, which is when I do air filter

I do mine every second oil change. Sometimes sooner if I forget when I did it last. Filters are cheap, injectors are not.

I have had my 2006 Dodge 5.9 just a little over a year. I've only done 2 oil changes and one fuel filter change. Only about 8 to 10 oz of water came out when I drained it. I had heard to do it every other oil change, so for me that probably works out to about once a year. I buy my filters from GenosGarage.com They have filter kits for different needs. I got 4 oil, 2 fuel, and one air filter in my kit. I thought it was pretty reasonable and they are the fleetguard brand.
