It's their form so it's okay with me. To get the Good Sam logo you have to use the same email address here that they have on record for your club membership.

Not true. To get the Good Same badge, the same email address has to be in two different databases. One is this forum and the other is (was) suppose to be the current members of Good Sam. I can say for sure, but there seemed to be a glitch in the second category on the original roll out. If members are to be believed, and I have no reason not to, some got the Good Sam badge and were not members go Good Sam.
As was pointed out above, Good Sam members who do not want the Good Sam badge can opt out.

Nope! You must be a member of GSC and use the same e-mail address on both sites to have the privilege.....

That good sam logo is posted there if you are a member in good standing of the GSC and you use the same e mail address for the Forum as you do for the Good Sam Club, GSC for short. Why? Because the GSC owns the Forum. If you are a member and don't have the LOGO, you might want to check your e mail address at both sites to see if they match. If you are a member and don't want the logo, go to "My Forum" at the top of the RV.net page and click on "My forum, when that page comes up, find " My Profile" in the top header and click on it, then log on using your log in and password and when your profile comes up, then go half way down the page and you will find a box "Show GSC Logo" and change the YES to NO in the box, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit". and the logo should go away. If you are a member and the logo is not there, change the box to YES and then click submit. Your avatar is not allowed
