I think it is Kelly that I meant to say was lower. I know sometimes there is a LARGE difference in them on the dealer's side of the ledger.

I think the NADA guide is a decent starting point. I usually then go to the online RV classified sites and check asking prices. Then I consult my gut and try to come up with a reasonable price to ask. I agree that the asking price is just that.
