We use to live about 8 miles east of Boulder, those storms are fun aren't they. If the mountains is not getting any it must be an up slope storm? Whats it like out by Byers or Limon.

I love snow, but my large plow blade for my ATV has only been used a couple of times since I bought it about three years ago. Send some to SW Missouri!

How much extra weight is all that snow? I bet you are over your GVWR!

Thank you for posting that picture. We are from Maysville at the base of Monarch Pass and just arrived at San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and the temperature is a balmy 73, this is 6000' elevation so that is about the high for the day.

We agree it's really beautiful to see your rig, snow covered. What a Planet we have here, with so many contrasts. We had an almost snowlees season last year, hereabouts, it was disappointing. We remember those 36 inchers that came from nowhere, forever, they are the lore. The whole country is spellbound as they watch the snow fall on Colorado. Except we, from Baltimore, we are focused on the game,Sunday, Ravens vs Broncos. A Titanic Brawl!

You must live on the wrong side of the state. Over hear in SE MO, the last couple winters have been pretty snowy and icy. Much more so than the previous 10 years.

It has been an up-slope so the front range has been heavy. There has not been so much out east, but the wind has shut down I-70 for most of the day.
As a 3rd generation Colorado guy I am not bothered, but the jillions of flat-landers here from warm climes go ballistic. One does not dare get out on the road with them.
