Would puddles be water hazards? i saw this episode and was shocked at the difference. Forget filters, exhaust systems, and programmers, just get some clay.

Other than the dimples (which at 180k mi. my 97 Plymouth minivan has) and my aunts 97 Taurus, have that rounded egg shape. I can`t for the life of me figure out why we are going back to "box" shaped cars!!! and trying to get better gas mileage from a brick has never been easy!

Thats why I refuse to change my POJ (piece of junk!) POST CLUNKER of my 88 Southwind... "wedge shaped" instead of a "modern" flying brick!.. also aplies to my `96 Chev Lumina APV!

In the future, my mom`s old 740 Volvo would worth something again!!!!

an anecdote:! When I first saw an Olds Shilouette (first gen) was right below the Disney`s monorail.... the van had a more raked windshiel than the "Ultra futuristic" monorail.... and that was in the 90´s; go figure!.

If you take the middle third of a golf ball and make it perfectly smooth all the way around, your slices and hooks would be minimized, losing very little of the lift that the dimples provide. At least according to a Stanford Engineering School study.

I don't know if they still make it, but they used to make a ball like that 20 years or so ago. I had a couple and they really did work. Took the slice right out of. But of course the ball violated the golf rules.

I don't think NASCAR would go for it. Chad would pick up another $50K fine. "But it fit the template!"
