Well, just went out to load up for a trip and found the carpet under the table in the back corner of the slide soaking wet and mold on the wood, so been leaking a while. Looked around and can't seem to locate the leak. Any ideas on how I can locate it? fixing to take up the dinnette and try do dry out everything. Live in SW La. so we have had a lot of rain the last few weeks.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, the only accurate way I know of to find a leak is to have the interior of your rig pressurized and spray a soapy solution over the outside and look for bubbles.
Many times the leak isn't near the wet area but travels to it from inside.
I don't know if you can rent one of these machines, but many dealers have them.
Good luck

My first guess would be too look around the molding/seal around the slide. If I was a betting man this would be what I would roll the dice on.

thanks for the info.

Just ripped the carpet and it looks like it has been leaking a while. Going to have to replace floor and hope it is not in the walls.

Is this a project that a fairly competent guy can do or bring it to a vendor?

This is really messing up my hunting schedule.
