Canyon RV park in Anaheim, CA. Yes that Anaheim, but we are not going to be anywhere near Disneyland. This one is in the middle of a nature reserve and it's like being out of town.

John S, Pine Mt. is in Pigeon Forge TN. Turn at traffic light #7 (Pine Mt Rd.) Its on the left about 2 blocks. Its only about 3 years old so there's not much shade but its a very nice CG. As a camper, you have privilages at the hotel across the street to use their indoor pool and lazy river. They have creekside sites and a very clean bathouse too.

Had to curb my camping earlier this year cause I didn't have a job after being laid off last Sept. NOW I have a job, but no vacation time to take off other than for weekends. Can't win I guess ..

We are going to be at Riverbend in Hiawassee GA for Thanksgiving. Great campground and at Thanksgiving the campground owners prepare the meats on Thanksgiving and all the campers bring side dishes. Last year we had over 120 people. This will be our 4th year going.

We will be at Pine Mountain RV Park in Pigeon Forge Christmas week. It is a nice campground. The roads and sites are a bit larger than most of the PF campgrounds. Like previous poster said it is new so not a lot of shade. The bath house is very nice with private showers (if you so desire to use). The indoor pool and hot tub was a big hit last Christmas with the kids. We went to Ober Gatlinburg during the day and played in the "snow" and then they went swimming.

I am taking a two week vacation (the first time I've taken two weeks at one time in recent memory) and going to Florida Thanksgiving week and the first week of December. I am so excited I can hardly contain myself. Just going to laze around the St Augustine-Ocala area.
