I'd sure like to know if that E-track is supposed to come with these Raptors. Probably another thing stupid Camping World screwed me out of. I couldn't understand why mine came with the E-track hold downs, but no track. Anyway, I bought my own track-you can get it in different lengths. We have the U shaped seating area in the garage. Put one track the full length, and cut the other for 1 piece across front and back. Seat sits on top of it , so when its down you don't trip over the track. I made brackets for mine and used 4-1/2 inch bolts to go around the aluminum floor joists. Put a strap on each side of the handlebars, and go side to side and wrap the rear wheel with it's own strap. Haul a V-Star 1100.

What are e-tracks? Please show a picture if you can, I'd like to see one. I will post some pics of the mess I have once I get a chance. But I am not about to fix these myself. I am going to make the dealer or Keystone. I would like to show them those e-tracks if they will work better than what I have, they need to fix it some how. These d rings they put in the 2010's are crap. The actual d-ring is not even welded together at the bottom of the "piano" hinge. So a lateral force will easily pull it apart. These things should hold 2000 lbs at any force put on them straight up or lateral.
Is this your first RV? I ask because when you buy new, you will almost ALWAYS have a bunch of stuff that needs fixing. If you take it back to the dealer, most of the time you will not happy with the quality of the work. I fix things myself.
There are many different D-rings that are designed differently. Some only handle 500 lbs. Others can handle 5,000 lbs. There is no way I would have tied down something as heavy has a Goldwing on ANY factory tie down points. I woudl have added my own. You can use E-track or you can find better D-rings. What matters is how they are supported from underneath. You saw a picture above on how they supported the E-track from behind. Overkill! I would say so! But, that will never pull through. I like that!
I added a bunch (15) of D-rings in my trailer. I did not want to have to step on E-track while we were using the trailer. I mounted the D-rings so they were flush with the floor. I used 1/4" bolts and a piece of angle iron underneath. No way they will pull through. And I bought a heavier duty D-ring than came standard.
I would suggest you do the work yourself, except the warranty work on the furnace.
Good luck! It does get better...
No, this is not my first RV. Please search my postings and look at my rv.net status. Sorry if I act ignorant, but this is my second Keystone product and my LAST! My previous RV was a Cougar, which was a much lower end unit and there was nothing that broke on that camper that I could not fix myself. Before that I owned an even cheaper fleetwood Pioneer. Not one single problem. It seems as though the more money I spend, the more problems I end up with.
When you buy a BRAND NEW 2010 $52K Toy hauler you'd expect it to carry securely what ever you put in the back of it that is well under the weight limits.
I've got a $800.00 utility trailer that will haul the Goldwing better than this $52K TH. What, are you kidding me???

Good news is that once I dialed in the little things everything was smooth sailing.
I have a Fuzion which is a cousin of the Raptor.
My advice is dont let it make you nuts, upgrade the D Rings and then once you are dialed in you will have a lot of fun.
This happened to me with every new RV I have ever bought..
I know excactly what I need to do and how to do it right. But, I am going to at least get Keystone or the dealer to provide me with or purchase the parts I need so that I can install them myself. In my opinion this is a serious defect in the product and the manufacturer should stand behind their product. If the D-rings they install will only carry a 300lb load, then they need to disclose that in their advertising. This is a huge deceptive advertising practice if they are claiming that this TH will carry a 2000lb load.

The "Toyhauler" can easily carry the 2000 load, the D rings that they provide are for smaller toys. For instance in our Raptor, we haul 1 Rhino, 2 large dirt bikes and 1 medium size dirt bike. Added up, they do weigh that much, however they are each secured with their own D ring. I don't think that Keystone is advertising falsely, however perhaps they should have a disclaimer that the provided D rings are for no more than 300lbs.
Let's face it, I can take a lock plier and pull the d-ring apart on a lateral pull with my own strength. I doesn't matter if you haul a couple dirt bikes and a 4 wheeler or one large motorcycle. The equipment the manuafacturer installs should be sufficient, not insufficient.
I find the Raptor web page "standards", "Specifications" and "options" to be lacking on the information concerning factory installed tie down points. The Keystone Owners manual PDF is also severely lacking in "owner" guidance on tie-down points. Lots of info on load balance, tie-down strapping.....
E-Track screwed only to the composite decking used in most TH's will eventually pullout but many do it this way. Very good friend is in the truck bed building/fabrication business and they only thru bolt E Track installs to avoid future come back warranty claims.
My Ragen fifthwheel paperwork stated what the OEM mounting points were rated as installed but I did investigate how they were actually mounted. IMO and IME you need to use common sense and protect yourself by investigating the factory installation to determine if it meets "your" needs for quality and strength.... Yes for the price we pay "it should be adequate" but using self tapping #14 or 1/4" screws on a 5K rated recessed D-ring is common but not really adequate IME......I replaced all of these with the proper bolts with locking nuts with backup plates.
Feel your pain but having a chip/bad attitude over everything makes it harder to get to the point of enjoying the Toys/Life. Hope you get it all worked out / figured out....

Good luck with that!

Those are only good for 300# WLL or 1200#MBR -depending on the maker the load rating could be at 90* to the floor......lower angles puts more stress too.
