We are headed for Mississippi. We want to stay at a COE somewhere in the northern half of Mississippi. We have never been in this part of the country. We're hoping someone could suggest a COE campground there. To us the description of all of them sure look the same to us.

Just go to reserve america and put in Mississippi, All the COE campgrounds along the Tenn-Tom are very nice... We also have a nice one here in Demopolis Al. it is Foscue Park, has full hookups.
good luck and enjoy...

There are numerious ones on the Tombigbee waterway from Corinth, Tupelo, Columbus and on down. All very nice and cheap. Go down Hwy 45 and watch for signs.

Here's a link to COE Mobile District camping. Scroll down to Mississippi.

BTW: COE honors (but doesn't issue) the America the Beautiful Senior Pass which should cut your camping fee in half.

We stayed here last spring and loved it. Wide, spacious sites right on the water in NW MS, about 30 mi. south of Memphis. Happy travels.
