There's a nice five-slide Holiday Rambler Alumascape with the front living room for sale at the campground where we keep our fifth wheel. We don't know the owners very well, but the unit has always looked to be well-maintained on the outside:

I remember seeing a front living room in a 5er at the Pleasanton RV show in CA about 4 or 5 years ago. It's the only one I've ever seen. It had a neat setup.

The living room had a big open oak staircase with oak banisters on each side. The living room area was very open too and was horse shoe shaped. It had two sofas flanking each exterior side wall. I think one or both sofas slid out. It also had a fireplace with a big flatscreen above. The bedroom was in the rear and very roomy. But the kitchen IMO was very small, hardly any cabinets and the eating area was very small too.

I loved that floorplan. I bet you can still have one made.

It allowed for 2 private bedrooms. 4 people could travel well and very comfortably in it. Maybe the front "in-law" suite didn't go over too well. But, that is how I would use it.

That's what I was thinking.... Our kids like to hang out with us..we do not think they would use the bunkhouse. So, we figured we would use the front living room as their "own" space at night and as a family space all other times.

My first 5th wheel was a 1988 Kit Road Ranger Elite 35 footer with the front living room. I think they are great because it puts you in the high traffic during the day and in the rear at night where is it quieter. I don't know why they went out of favor but the idea is good as far as I am concerned.

Have had our 2003 Montana with Front Living Room since new. Love it!! Would consider buying same thing again without any hesitation. Don't know of anyone building them today. Too Bad!

Fleetwood also made one with a front livingroom around 2002 or 2003.
I saw a couple for sale in RVTrader but can't remember the model.

We have a '91 Fleetwood Wilderness with front living room. It's pretty amazing how roomy it feels.

Sorry King of the Road is out of business. This was the neatest rig we have ever seen. Two fullsize sofas across from one another, fireplace and bigscreen tv on te front wall. It had a wall and door to separate from the rest of the rig.

My sig has a link to most mfgs websites.
