Have a 2007 RT 210P and need some non-warranty work done (waste hose replacement and propane regulator troubleshooting). Hate driving all the way back down to RT dealer in Irvine, CA or Colton, CA especially with shop rates about the same at 119.00/hour. Any one out there have a recommendation for service work in Las Vegas, NV? Much appreciated! If you have some words on places to stay away from that would be helpful as well! Safe Travels.....GC

I have used Discount RV Repair (702) 565-3831 on a couple of occasions, and been very pleased with the service and the charges. This is a mobile service that comes to where you are parked. He has repaired my levelers and my furnace on two different calls. He is very knowledgeable and very fair to deal with.

I have used Vegas Trailer Supply and found them honest and reasonable.
Check this out http://rvservicereviews.com/StateList.asp?state=NV You will find comments from folks who have had work done at various places in Vegas.

We were in a pinch a few years back and the people at Findlay, across from Boulder Station, took great care of us. This was on a Saturday when no one else would even answer the phone. What I thought was a serious problem turned out to be minor to them and they sent me on my way all fixed and with most of my $$$ still in MY pocket.

So, I wonder who he used and what the outcome was, good or bad he should post it and put it in rvservicereview also.

I have found Double Eagle on Boulder Highway to be great. They don't advertise because "word of mouth" keeps them busy. Very honest people, most suppliers/vendors recommend them, as well as Pleasure Way.
Good Luck

Feedback/followup on my RT 210P repair in Vegas.......

Needed a new BBQ gas regulator under back bumper as that was what was leaking propane. Took it to Double Eagle RV Repair on Boulder Highway (702-458-4700) and they did a great job. Like was mentioned in the posted recommendation, they are a small outfit that has plenty of business word of mouth. It took a week for the part to arrive from Roadtrek via a RT dealer (RT will not ship parts direct to independent repair shops). They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and when it arrived I took the van back for the repair as I am a local. Satisfied customer. GC
