I am looking to buy a used 2000-2004 diesel pusher. From what I have learned I have ranked the top 10 higher volume brands in quality as follows:
1. Newmar
2. Tiffin
3. Country Coach
3. Alfa
4. Monaco
5. Fleetwood
6. Holiday Rambler
7. Winnebago
8. Coachman
9. Damon
10. Gulf Stream
Would you all agree on this? If not, what order would you put them in? What other "Common" ones am I missing? Can't get into the different models for each manufacturer of course.

Interesting that you have Monaco ahead of Holiday Rambler, even though they are built on the exact same assembly line, by the exact same people. Actually, you can't even tell if it is a HR or Monaco until they put the front cap on at the end of the line. Also, you really have to have a separate listing for the American Coach division of Fleetwood as the AC is a premium coach compared to other Fleetwood diesels. Finally, I certainly wouldn't put Alfa anywhere near the top of the list. When they were in business they offered a lot of gimmicks, but their quality was very low on the list. Coaches had a lot of plastic instead of real wood.

Great exercise...in futility. Just like blondes, brunettes, redheads (in alphabetical order) beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Good and bad in every set of examples.

Same conclusion here, pull some drawers and look at the cabinet and drawer construction, then go do the same with a Newmar or some of the other makes. Even the ALFA Gold didn't look very well built.
