I think there is a verse something like, "God knows when the sparrow falls, so even the hairs on your head are numbered".

Do you remember the movie "all dogs go to heaven"?
My daughter got it when she was 10,
and we and we've had many pets in the house over the past 25 years.

It's just a dog........................re-thought

when they are happy to see you - no matter how bad your day is
When you take one to in for surgery and the other mopes around the house until we returned
when you buy a 4-door truck with a real back seat - just for the dogs
how about the trips to the grocery store that they sit in the truck, content to be out for a ride

Without the girls (dual dachshunds) we would be lost. They go everywhere with us, people can't believe that we take them on vacation. And don't forget the spa days - when we have their hair and nails done, which is only twice a year.

Needless to say, I like having our fur friends, they don't talk stupid and are always there with a tail-wag.

If dogs don't go to heaven, I want to go where they go.

We were out camping last week and I had the strangest dream. My dog (still living) had died and was talking to me. She wanted to know what kind of dog I was going to get next, because she intended to be reincarnated as that dog.

I think there are more dogs in heaven than humans.

So true - all you need to do is watch the news and realize that many humans are skating on the "thin ice of eternity"....LOL!!!!

A great man (Will Rogers?) once said that "If there are no dogs in heaven, I want to go where they go".

When one of my grandkids asked me if there were dogs in heaven, I just asked if she thought heaven was a happy place to be. She said of course. I said would it be a happy place without dogs? She laughed and gave me a hug, answer to THAT one was obvious.

What a terrific way to explain it!

I sure hope they do, because they’re the ones who will try to convince the Angle at the gate to let me in….

Google "Rainbow bridge"

Yep, this is my idea of how it goes. All pets wait for their owners at the Rainbow Bridge, where they have been made all healthy again. Then they cross over the Bridge to Heaven together.
