Just my admittedly biased opinion, but:
1. If my "maintenance people" referred to E-Z-Lube axles as "bearing buddies", I would immediately start looking for somebody else to do my work for me!
2. Some people have reported having problems with the E-Z-Lube axles (mostly blowing the seals out)
3. Many people have reported that they have no problem at all with their E-Z-Lube axles, but they are VERY careful to follow the maintenance instructions EXACTLY.
4. If my "maintenance people" were incapable of following the manufacturers instructions, I would be looking for different people.
I wonder, why is it there never seems to be time to do it right, but there is always time to do it over?
No they did not refer to them as bearing buddies I think what I was doing I was thinking one thing and typing another bearing buddies I have on my boat trailer the people who got to my trailer are very reliable
Speaking of boat trailers I see now all the new boat trailers come with oil bath bearings I wonder when the RV business will change over that would be awesome
I'm getting confused. Are the E-Z lube axles okay to use? I have used them and see nothing wrong. I had the bearings cleaned and packed last year and they didn't mention any damage or replacement parts. Thanks Rick
