Depending on the quality and amp hour capacity of your batteries!
Your 800 watt power inverter will invert 12V DC battery power into 110V AC power. The drain on your two house batteries will more than likely be recognized by your power inverter by sounding an audible 'beep' warning you of low battery capacity. The power inverter will then stop producing 110V AC power!...to your refer, lighting, etc. to protect your batteries from deep dis-charge.
If you run the fridge on Propane yes. If not probably renting (or buying) a small generator may be best.
