We have prompt and we don't have the suction cups. We have the rubber bands with hooks that attach to the frame of the side window.
We are short so sometimes if we are parked on an incline and the jacks have the front end raised up we will use the step we use a the MH steps. but they are great, don't want to drill any holes in the skin of the MH.

We bought the SunGuard covers from RV Toy Store in Palm Springs. We went with them because the last ones lasted over 10 years. Takes me about 10 mins to install all four..reduces heat and glare by 94%..Dennis

I have had the Prompt Sun Screens, (windshield, driver's window, entry door window, passenger window, wiper covers and storage bag), for 5-1/2 years. They still look like new. I've been camping with winds in the 40+ mph range and never had a screen blow off.
I called Prompt and they sent me a sample of each color so I could see which one I thought looked the best with my MH.

Funny Story about my Prompts. On our last trip a Monaco pulled in next to us at the same time. We both started to put our sun screens up and before the Monaco owner had his ladder and Sun Screens out, I had my Prompts up and was putting the bag away. We had a laugh about it and he said he wish he knew about Prompts before he bought his.

The Prompts are great. You will find you use them more ofter as they are so fast to put up.

We also have them - I always get people coming over after I have put them up asking me if what they just saw was true - - I did it all by myself! I'm sure that several sets have been purchased as a result. Highly recommend them - - just not having to set up the ladder and move it all around is a really great benefit. We also have the wheel covers, only problem I had was not allowing for times when the coach would be higher on one side due to leveling - - should have ordered them a little longer.

We've had ours 4 years, didn't want snaps or any other kind of fastener that you have screw into the RV.. Really like them so far, installation and removal is easy and quick.. Stays put and lays flat against the RV.. Suction cup hasn't been a problem, I clean it and the spot where it goes before installing..
Mike..

Same for me,had ours for 4 years easy to install and have not had problems with the suction cup. I also have a screen for over my drivers window. Always remember at night you can see in from outside with the lights on, but cannot see in during daylight.

Mine aren't so Prompt. My wipers park in the center of the windshield so I have to open them, then maneuver the bus mirrow sized screen over them. The first hook invaribly drops before I get the second in place. Real PITA. My Sunguards lasted 10 years and really didn't take more effort. Before my next outing I will install a metal oval in the center of the Prompt so I can hang it on the old swivel while I get the ends hooked.

I went with the Prompt as I'm nearing the end of ladder climbing years, but they definitely aren't as simple as advertised for my windshield - bought windshield only.
