Acquired a new Netgear offering, the NETGEAR® RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router (for home use) and all I can say is WOW the throughput/functionality is fantastic! Netgear has really done a terrific job on this router. Anyone looking to upgrade their home wireless router do consider this one. Made an incredible difference with my home set-up. 130.0>300 Mbps is the hoot!

The one you have is a very good IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, 2.4 GHz router.
This new Netgear WNDR3700 offering is a Wireless-N router with a a 680-MHz processor. It has simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. My throughput with it is 300.0 Mbps pretty much always.
