Has anyone used Simi Valley RV Sales to service their RV? I am about to go off manufacturers warranty on my Itasca Sunstar and will no longer need to drive 45 miles to my nearest authorized service center!!!
Simi Valler RV Sales is really close to my house and I would like to use them but I an looking for feedback regarding their service.
Also, they are suggesting Interstate Star RV for an extended warranty. $3,495 for 7 year / 75,000 miles. Any feedback on this provider and this price?
I have Interstate Star coverage on my fiver. Only had to use it once in 3 1/2 years so far and that one time was painless. OTOH, there is a shop nearby that has a sign that says they will not accept Interstate Star extended warranty work and that the customer would have to pay up front and collect from Interstate Star afterwards.

I have limited knowledge concerning Simi RV but having recently purchased a new Monaco, which they currently represent and they were extremely helpful in answering questions when purchasing through another dealer and did not know Simi RV at the time. If we weren't into the deal as far as we were, I would have switched to Simi RV but Paul Evert RV in Fresno was putting together the deal for us and very happy with them as well.
A friend of a friend tuned me into Simi RV and he had purchased at least (3) motorhomes from them and was told he was very pleased with Simi RV. If you would like additional information, PM me and I can provide you with his contact information.
Good luck in your search
