Is there any way a tire guage can be repaired? Or should

Not worth fixing. I bought a good, calibrated one from NAPA, set a tire with it, then check any new gauges against the know pressure in the tire. I NEVER use the calibrated gauge normal pressure checking. Pressure Pro TPMS'S are accurate to within ½ psi, but you still have to have the tires correct when installing the sensors.
