I posted the link to the latest Mac service pack because it contains valuable info that I thought some would appreciate knowing about it and this thread is obviously about Macs.
Do not understand the link to the Win7 update in a thread pertaining to Macs. Unless you wanted to point out the fact that MS responds rather quickly to vunrabilities.

Well the OP was using his data to point out the fact that Mac use is on the rise, which I agree with. The Mac supporters took the info and ran with it. By far the majority of posts in this thread is proclaiming the advantages of Macs. HENCE:""A True PC vs. Mac Usage Comparison" is interpreted to be a about Macs"

An interesting data point- my website stats pretty much parallel BobsYourUncle's, with the exception of a not for profit site I run that gets a lot of international exposure and visitors, and for that site, for the last 30 days, the stats are:
Windows- 81.14%
Linux- 8.85%
MacOS- 8.69%
FreeBSD- .55%
iPhone- .38%
iPod- .11%
Android, Blackberry and SunOS all at .05%
