Awesome and bleach also works on my fiberglass door panels but my doors never seem to get as bad as that trim stuff after a year.

Does any of that stuff work on fiberglass? Our HR has aluminum siding but fiberglass on the doors. I assume the aluminum and fiberglass matched when new.

Clean it, paint it with spray paint made for plastic and be done with it. Why do it once a year with a cleaner when you can do it just once? I repainted the trim around around the window on our door and the vent cover for the "over the stove" fan. Looks better than new.

I paint mine with plastic paint but may try the cleaners mentioned in a pinch.

I sprayed my yellowing refer access door with "oil eater" and the yellowing just ran off leaving the door white again........

Had to try it. I used a spray degreaser I had left from another job called "Extra-strength
Tools and Parts Cleaner" (MotoMaster in this case) on the yellowing cover for the outside shower. It actually worked quite well running off as described above. Amazing.

The warning on the can says it contains toluene, acetone, propane, ethenol, and d-limonene

Toluene and ethanol will both dissolve plastic. It probably works by removing the top layer of the plastic which has oxidized to yellow. The amount removed may be so miniscule as to not matter, but I think you should use it cautiously. Additionally, it will oxidize again eventually. Perhaps paint would be a better option.

I told ya!............I've done it once on my now 14 year old MoHo........I wouldn't do it often but once or twice in 10 years shouldn't be a problem.........

Paint it using the Krylon Fusion for plastic. It will stay white and easy to clean with soap and water. The harsh cleaning chemicals will erode the "outer skin" and make cleaning more difficult.
