Lindsay, hahahaha, you really crack me up. Thanks for the laugh.
You seem to confuse hostility and the truth.
People are still allowed in the service bays. As a matter of fact, we stayed in the service bay for over 3 weeks, with no problem. As far as the rain being loud, didn't bother me one iota...made me sleepy though.
One thing I don't understand. When we made our punch list, we didn't have to put it in the contract. They fixed everything to our satisfaction, and even found and fixed things we didn't know about.
I will always stick up for LD's, just because of the way we were treated.
I guess it's true, ya get more with honey than with vinegar.

As far as me chillin out, I guess I will.....winter's coming.

Maybe you need a thicker skin.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.....those that buy expensive overpriced RVs at LD and are given "Crown Club" preferential treatment will always stick up for LD, while the average Joe that spends less than $250K - $300K on an RV gets the shaft and worst treatment of them all, will tell it like it really happened. Glad you like the service, but that is not the regular service others receive, as you do drive a Signature and are a Crown Club member.

Had I done this, it would never have gotten it done. My skin thickness is perfect, just the way I like it. I like many others would not ever buy from Lazy Days again.

Geezzzz, Tex,

I'm glad you are so full of mis-information. FWIW, my Sig was UNDER $200K, not eligible for the Crown Club, just Club Lazydays. I just treated everyone that I came in contact with, from the janitorial staff, to the sales persons, to the mechanics, to the gate guards, with the same respect that I would expect from them. Maybe THAT's why I am so happy with the treatment I received. Nuff said.

And many others will, so I guess that's what makes the world go 'round.

Sounds like some very jealous folks out there that are so quick to throw rocks at a company that they have never dealt with.I have purchased 4 motorhomes from LD and yes the last one was a CC coach. But if the service on the first three would not of been excellent,i would of never made the investment in the coach i currently own.A 2008 tradition which by the way is a wonderful coach.I do know that LD has stood behind there customers ,even though some manufacters have not. Some of there finical problems came from giving out warranties even though they were not being paid. They also lowered ther labor rates for customer pay.this does not sound like a company that would damage your coach just to make a quick buck. And they also extended some CrownClub menberships for some expired menbers due to the tough times.Lets dont judge them so harshly for their reorgainzation.A lot of companies have had to do it.At least we the tax payer are not bailing them out.Good luck with your problem.

Do you know what that means, or are you just spouting information you've heard. Chapter 11 is a way for them to reorganize with their debtors, and still survive....which I am certain they will.

Now, not to beat a dead horse and keep this thread going, this is my last post on this thread, but I'm sure you'll want the last word.

I do know what Chapter 11 means to all of the companies and small business people they owed money to. Their decision to go Chapter 11 meant others who trusted them and who extened them credit are now taking it in the shorts due to them. How many others were devistated by them seeking governemnt protection from paying the debts they owed? Answer is a lot of people and families.

As far as being certain they will survive even after not paying off their creditors and sending others down the drain, not too many business folks would agree. I hope they do, but if they do, they will be the exception.

Needless to say, you don't know the facts. The are paying all of their vendors. They had made arrangements with their bond holders prior to the execution of the pre-packaged Chapter 11 plan.

You can read more about it here.

They went months and months not paying their vendors leaving a trail of tears behind them. Having run a small business myself, having major customers not paying your for months can cause extreme pain and secondary bankrupies. Thinking this through is a good thing. They used their vendors as a bank for months. Vendors need their money themselves. When you sell something, you make a contract to pay for it. Not doing so in the agreed upon time can kill off small vendors. I know from my own experience that this happens.
