I like my Jayco. I have an 06 Talon. I also like the newer Jayco toyhualers. If you start searching this forum take a look at which brands keep popping up with problems. Sometimes there will be one or two that seem to have more problems than others. That could be because more of that brand was sold.

What are the best brands or models? What should we avoid?
What should we look for?
Do you have a preference of toy hauler; Class A,
5th Wheel, or Travel trailer Do you have a preference between
a consolidated garage and living area or garage separate from the
living area
I would avoid any toy hauler that has wood framework and fiberglass
batting in its ramp like Weekend Warrior.
I would examine the design of the method of lifting & lowering the ramp i.e.
spring(s) /hydraulic/electric, etc., and the difficulty or ease of it.

we have a 09 raptor 3612ds and would`nt buy another one. cutomer service has not been very good ,dealer network seems poor.
the trailer has not been all bad but when ya throw it all together ,dealers, cutomer service etc. does`nt compare to the wildwood 32srv we had for half the money.

Looked at them all, for almost a year...decided to get the Forest River XLR3712SA. We have had only a very minor issue or two, which were quickly taken care of, and resulted in NO down time. We are very happy with the floor plan, and the overall quality of the unit.
