the tires look and feel like they are in great condition even the outside tread even fills like very little use until I checked the inside tread and it is quite shallow.
Talked to a tire specialist at Les Schwab, they think that either the axle is bent or the spindle is bent. All 4 of my tires have the same issue on the inside portion of the tread, all of the outside trad is fine.
I went under the coach to have a look, couldn't see anything wrong with the axle but then again I know nothing when it comes to this stuff. I'm wondering if the tires are too big for the size of the coach? The brake drum assembly are huge (bigger than my last 5ver)
I will be taking the 5ver in to have it looked at after thanksgiving since I live in it, I am reluctant to move it I'd rather not move it unless I have to.

What does the scale tell you. Since you seem to have the same problem on all axles it's likely you either ARE over weight or have BEEN overweight and by quite a bit.

If your trailer was used, did someone befor you flip the axels? Some are a little curved and if they did, the curve may be on the bottom and not the top where is should be. Tire wear on all the inside of all tires would indicate that someone messed with the trailer axels and installed then upside down.

If you couldn't see anything wrong with the axle, then it might be a problem with the axle ... "huh?" you say? The axle should appear to have a nice even hump upwards.
Had a bent axle on our fifth wheel. With it sitting in the yard, one axle had a nice slight round hump and the other looked straight. The one that looked straight was actually the bent one and was the one with the tire wear. We replaced both axles. Off the fifth wheel and with no load on them, the bent axle had a weird twist, while the normal axle looked just like the new ones ... a slight nicely rounded hump.

I don't know where to go find a scale, haven't weighed it yet. My RV guy came out to check it out, he said the axles are quite large he thinks they are mor/ryde axles? (I don'tk now if mor/ryde makes axles, I know they make pinboxes).
The last owner never used it on the road once he got it home, the prev owner drycamped a lot extensively which is why I think it has much bigger tires and axles.

That's what I've been told as well, I just got told earlier that this coach is equipped with heavy duty axles and they are straight (both of them)
I need to take pics it looks like... I've NEVER seen axles like this before.

Give the folks at Henderson Line-Up a call they mostly work on motorhomes but I bet they can give you good local advice. They are very well respected around the US and they are in your home town.

Awesome, thanks yep I was told to go there as well. Will have to move the 5th wheel when the weather is better and it is not such chaos (I live in it)
I'll probably go over there tomorrow to talk with them about it and show them pictures and see what they have to say.
I didn't see nor could find any shock struts unless I were looking in the wrong place.

I had a bent axle on my toy hauler. Only one tire was severly damaged. The other three were very slightly damaged. Take a straight edge and touch it from hub to hub on each side, It should touch on all points of the tires.if not you have something bent.Good luck. I rember all my aggrevations all to well.
