I am planning a trip to the Oregon Coast for late June/early July and while we'll mostly be staying at State Parks along the coast, I wanted to make a stop in Lincoln City (or not too far from there) and take a break from the beach/dunes for a couple of days. I can't find a private RV Park that has a pool, though. I guess RV parks with pools are hard to find on the coast. My kids are young and don't really spend too much time in the ocean. I figured a pool stop would be in order.
Anyone know what good RV Parks have pools near the 101 (say between Lincoln City and Tillamook)?
Thanks!

Don't know about there, but look at the RV park in Cannon Beach, they have an indoor pool. It is not that far away and Cannon beach and Seaside are great places for kids. Do you have a Trailer Life Directory? I can't believe anyone travels without one.
The Pacific Ocean is one of the biggest pools you want to swim in and I really can't believe that your kids aren't into ocean swimming...It's awesome..I grew up in Olympia and used to live for going to Twin Harbors SP at Westport and swim there.Then it was digging Razor Clams and now it's a sand chair and a kite....

haven't stayed there but agree that Cape Kiwanda RV Park looks like a nice family place w/indoor pool {and appears they offer 10% Good Sam discount BUT note they charge extra depending on the ages of kids!}
we have eaten at the Pelican Pub {which we would recommend although kinda spendy} it is RIGHT on the beach and in nice weather has a small outdoor dining deck {IF you have well-behaved pooches - you can get a table around the edge & the pups can stay on the sand -- although we opted not there were many others who did}
however there are several OTHER smaller cafes, bakeries, and pizza places in town. Cape Kiwanda/PACIFIC BEACH is a small town and everything is within walking distance of the RV Park.
almost right across the road is Cape Kiwanda beach where they surf and the dory fishermen bring in their boats. we love the area
it's really popular with the ATVers and can get noisy though -- would recommend staying in sites 50-60 which is further away from the ATV dunes access. {the BEST sites are nonreservable but RIGHT on the bay!! and the ocean is within sight and easy walking}

Although it is further north, Cannon Beach RV is hard to beat with little ones. Great indoor pool, and an even better hot tub. Playground, hoops court, game room, and a nice family feel.
Another option to the north of there is the Astoria/Warrenton KOA right across the road from Fort Stevens State Park. Fort Stevens is great for kids as is Astoria. This KOA has some spots away from the main lawn that aren't too packed in and has all the bells and whistles including a huge inflatable bouncy dome that kids play on for hours.

Neskowin Rv Park - just a few miles north of L. City has a nice indoor pool. It is a C2C park but might allow visitors- call and ask You might get a 3day-2night stay for freee if you listen to their 'pitch' - then just say no thanks.

Second Cannon Beach RV park - reservations are and absolute MUST as they are full almost nightly in the summer. Indoor pool and a free city shuttle bus down into town. NOT on the beach. Great small tourist town to wander around in with easy beach access.
Another spot is the KOA in Warrenton, Oregon if a pool is a must, Not beachside but across the street from A huge state park.
oregon is wonderful - pools very sparse.
