Does anyone have some pictures of their Eaz lift WD attached to their trailer. I've got a lot of parts with my trailer, but there is no ball mount to go into the receiver. Also, does this help the swaying problem? I towed my prowler without it attached, but it was not fun. It's fine up to 40 MPH so we will be OK to go to local parks on weekends, but I would like to get it set up right. Thanks,
Doug

A WD system does very little to control sway. That would be achieved if you add a friction anti sway bar to the WD system. All of the Eaz Lift systems I've seen have small metal clips that hold the spring bars, inserted from the bottom of the hitchhead platform, into the hitchhead assembly. Lifting the spring clips outward releases the bars so they drop out to remove the hitch.

I have EazLift Elite WD hitch. I will get some pictures when I get home tonight.
Not sure if you have looked in EazLift's website.
Make sure your TV can handle the trailer wt. and also try to keep any weight in the back (behind the axles) of the trailer to a minimum.
etrailer.com has videos on how to set up a WD hitch. May not be your brand, but you'll have an idea.

Here is a picture of my previous hitch. It is an Eaz-lift with the Dual Cam adapters added to it.
Here is a link with some more pictures. I suspect you have one like the picture on the right (Elite series).

My assembly has the clips for the spring bars as described above, the easiest way to release the spring bars is to swing them almost parallel to the TV back bumper and they fall right out.
I have the EAZ-Lift friction sway devices on each side of the A-frame for sway control.

Sorry Skip but I don't agree.
A couple of years ago, a friend of mine baught a 25' Flagstaff TT and tow it with a 2005 Pathfinder. When he got out of the TT dealer, the WD hitch was so badly tune that he was not able to go more than 40 mph without almost loosing control of the combo even with the sway bar. The rear of the Path was squatting by about 4" and the front was up by 2". I just tuned the WD hitch as it is supposed to be and the combo was stable as an arrow even at 75 mph.

That has NOTHING to do with sway! That is a properly set up hitch. If the truck is squatted 4". then he had NO steering control...THIS is what made the combo unstable. Standard WD hitches DO NOT control sway. Now, if you add a reese DC setup to it, then thats a different story. If it was a Reese Pro Line, it has built in sway control. It is designed almost identical to the Equal-i-zer hitch. Just a standard chain type WD hitch with no add ons, doesn't do anything except distribute weight.

I want to thank everyone for your help.
This is what I found in the trailer.

After looking around, I think I would be better off money wise to get a whole new setup than try to piece this one together.

Did you get anything for the tow vehicle receiver? Your spring bars mount differently then mine.
