To those of you who have followed any of my post last year ( first year retired and staying home) and the post of this year about snowbirding , I would like to announce that our Jayco Eagle has landed here in the RGV after a 3 week sprint of travel . We have seen Family , Branson Mo. , OKC Bombing memorial , Dealy plaza where JFK was shot , LBJ Library , Texas State Capital tour, the Alamo, Japanese sunkengarden, SanJose mission , St Joseph Church , Riverwalk , River Center , Corpus Christie , Lexington Air craft carrier , Goose Island , 1000 year old oak tree , Rockport area , Fulton area . Fulton Mansion , and a quaint RV park by the bay , and here we are now in a lovely park in the RGV that we will now call home for a while .

That may be all fine and dandy, but did you get one of my $4/lb H-E-B grilled T-bone steaks with a side of Joey's coleslaw??? Now that alone was worth the drive down from MN
