My 1994 has the three switches also. The two you know about and the third is for the light above the chair near the door. Turn on that third switch then turn on all the lights near the entry door then turn that third switch off and see what it works.

The light is actually mounted on the bottem of the overhead cabinet and has a rotary switch on the rear of the light fixture. I leave the fixture switch in the on position and turn the light off and on with the panel switch you asked about.
All sounds correct and for me it's steps, battery power, basement, and overhead lights. Keep in mind that a basement light switch usually lights up in red when on.

I was really convinced it was the light above the chair. It's not.
The Storage Bays are controlled by a switch on the dash but I tried it again as well and it's not that.
There are a number of lights in the kitchen but the switch appears to not control that either. I checked the switch and it's functional. The hunt continues!! Thanks again for all the suggestions.
It simply makes sense that it must be a light inside the coach. Perhaps something has come off somewhere.
