Anyone have experience with Crossroads, specifically the Kingston or Seville models?
We're contemplating moving from a 26' TT to a 5er, possibly with a view of going full-time, workamping, etc. in the next couple of years.
Our TV is an '08 Ford F350 diesel 4x4 long bed, SRW with towing package (not Tow Boss).
Trying to find a 5er that will give us livability space, a good floorplan, technical/specs we want/need and stay within weight comfort zone. Some of the Crossroads models "look" good on the Web; need to find one to actually see in person.
Any input is appreciated!
Thanks,
Betty

Betty,I'am sure you are going to here nothing but good things about there products & the company.I'am thinking about buying one also & have called the company quite a few times & they do go out of there way to answer any questions you might have.First rate company.
I don't have traveling experience with them, but looked at them. Seville is top of line for them. We liked the model with the fake rock fireplace. It's probably the favorite of the Seville's. I can tell you that it was our TOP pick if we were going to buy new. We looked for a long time for used, but nothing on that model. Now, how they hold up is another story. From what I'm hearing from Cruiser fans, they swear by them. Good luck.
This was our first year in a 5th wheel, which is an 09 Seville VF35CK. The fake rock fireplace model. We spent 50 nights in it, and pulled it about 8500 miles. We love this trailer. We ordered ours with a king bed, since our lab likes to sleep between us. We did not take it back to the dealer till we were done for the year. The only problems we had were quite minor. While we don't have experience with other 5th wheels, we would recommend this one to anyone. If you have any questions, by all means ask and I will answer them the best I can.
We own a 5W Cruiser from Crossroads (see signature)since late 2005,we RV 4-5 months every summer and are very happy with it.
Good floor plan, good service, lots of storage, and easy to use.
I am not sure how it will behave in the cold weather and I am not going to find out.
If I was to get a 5W for 4 seasons I would make sure it has everything needed to coop with sever weather.
There are few manufacturers that specialize in making these trailers, they are more heavy and more expensive but it is a must in my opinion.

I have a Crossroads Paradise Pointe, infact this is the 3rd crossroads 5th wheel I have owned, the factory support is second to none, I have never had an issue with any of the 5th wheels I have had, there factory service center is really 1st class, they have never given us any hassle or questioned anything we needed fixed, but I can tell you the Crossroads is not a 4 season unit...they were never sold as 4 season units...
We have been fulltiming in a Cruiser 29 CK for 4 1/2 years. Great unit for the money. Factory support is probably the best in the industry. About a month ago we went to the service center to have a Mor-Ryde suspension system added with a wet boltkit. While we were there we had a few other things taken care of. Service was superb, cost was reasonable and they did everything in a half a day.
While there a rep gave us a tour of a new Sevile complete with the 17 cu. ft. refrigeratoer, fireplace and fake stone wall. We are now seriously thinking about upgrading.
