Here is a great place where I have been ordering some parts, They ship really fast and seem to have fair prices.

The black tank/ 3" and 2" tank Gourmets and a wast valve with the 72" cable came yesterday, This tank is a 30 gallon and only cost $130 Now I just have to find some time to install this.

WE went with the Pex tubing and Valves to do the water with, This seems to be the best and also the easiest rout.

I think this is something all RV's should have, A shutoff on the toilet,
If the valve ever leaks then just shut it off and repair, The RV will still have water if needed.

Here is a good discussion about battery compartment venting.
Battery compartment venting
Note that they do not use a fan. A fan can cause an explosion.

Yeah Thanks Treeseeker, Someone posted this before, Back when I was installing the computer fan inside the wall for the battery vent, Because of Gases from the black tank I'm going to install it into a box and use the screw type cap on the vent pipe so I can change the fan out, The fan in the wall for the battery's will come out from the outside, But if it ever go's bad it will have to be re-worked.
