Does anyone in this Forum currently use or have past experience with the Qwik-Fill battery watering system by Flow-Rite? I did a search a all of the RV.Net forums and only came up with a couple of references.
Thank you

I used the quik fill battery system sold by Coil-n-Wrap. If you Google that name you will find their website. I had it in my MH for 6 years. I had it hooked to four (4) 6-volt coach batteries. One of the best added options that I ever bought for the RV. Just drop the line into a gallon jug of distilled water and squeeze the bulb until you cant squeeze anymore. All the batteries are topped off to the correct level. No more crawling into the battery compartment with a flashlight and trying to fill batteries to the right level, spilling half the water. I loved it and would not own an RV without it.

I researched them for a bank of four batteries but they did not make financial/practical sense to me. Buying AGM batteries is not as cheap but for using in a nice MH they seem to be worth not having the acid damage.
I use the Flow Rite Quik Fill Double Battery watering system myself, though it looks a bit different than daves, but then I have 12 volt batteries vs 6.

If I recall I paid around $100 for my system. Once its installed there is never a need to open up the caps again, and because of that I never had any acid damage in 6 years inside my MH. Its money well spent if you want convenience and "hassle free" battery maintenance.
The Quick Fill is one of the first things I got for our new camper. It correctly tops off both batteries with the squeeze of a bulb. I highly recommend it especially if you don't have a slide out tray for your batteries. You'll never need to remove the caps again. -Mark.
I see how a battery watering system is in order for a lot of applications based on these posts and especially in the golf cart types.
Our batteries are setting out in the open in front of the radiator in our 1992 P30 based MH. This spring I will need to top them off I noticed a couple months ago but that will be the first we have had to add since installing them new 2.5 years ago so it turned out adding water has not been an issue in our case.
It seems with the two WM 27DC 115 AH batteries and the OEM Magnetek 6300 converter makes a good house system after I learned the correct level DC batteries should be filled.
