There are 2 Mayo clinics in Scottsdale. The one that is off of Shea Blvd is closes to EagleView RV at Ft. McDowell Casino.
There are a couple of older parks close to the clinic off of the 101. I think Eagle View might still be the nicest. I'm sure someone will have another idea
We've stayed at Eagle-View RV at Ft. McDowell Casino nice park, I think you will like it. It's near Fountain Hills. In fact the site we were in you could see the fountain go off.

For Mayo on Shea, we have always stayed at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, just north of Fountain Hills. Gorgeous public park (with cruising rangers and campground hosts for security). Water and electric hookups, dump station, huge sites and very scenic. It's very convenient for Mayo. Good Luck!

We use Eagle View for Mayo on Scottsdale (another place for hospital / specialty building). And highly recommend it; it is the best place in the area and convenient to Mayo - 15 minutes most travel time.
I do not know what you mean by "security". It is a private park well staffed.

Rex, I guess it depends on how far you want to travel. The guy across the street from me is a traveling surgical nurse, works at Mayo. We are at ViewPoint Golf & RV Resort in East Mesa. I think Jeff said it takes him 30 minutes from here, to get to work.
There are probably 10 gated community parks (seems security is important to you) within 30-40 minutes from Mayo.
I just went to Mayo Clinic in February and we stayed at the Desert Shadows RV Resort. It is just of the 101 and I-17, so it is relatively close to both the Mayo Hospital and the Mayo Clinic-Scottsdale.
It is nice, clean, friendly and relatively low priced, with pull throughs for big rigs which was important to us (45').
If you need more info, send me a message and I will give you my phone number...I can help with some tricks and tips if needed.
I didn't look around at other rv parks, I'm sure there are other nice ones, it just depends on what you require.
