Triple S, thanks so much for the grand experience. Yes, I will never hike down there thanks to a MC accident that crushed my knee. But I was an avid backpacker before that.

The pics and narration were par for you. OUTSTANDING!!!

Great photos. That looks like a great hike. I am going to look into doing something like this in a few years with my boys. Thanks for the inspiration. Kevin

There are few things more delightful than the incredible feeling of lightness when you take off your backpack after a full day of hiking.
For a few moments, I feel like Michael Jordan and could just float on air.

PS. How much water do you have to carry for a hike like that? Is there water to filter along the way?
