We had a magnetek series 6300 A model 6345that stopped working and found it that the parallax took it over. So we got the 7300 series and need the wiring diagram. We also have a solar panel on the roof that I am thinking need to go to the converter also. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Our motor home is a 1992 fleetwood jamboree searcher.
thank you in advance,
Sandy

Hi there, well I just recently converted mine from the old 6345 to the new up graded version with the intelli wizard charger, (don't hold me to that spelling).
In stumbling around on the web, here's what I found for you and hope it will help.
Installation wiring for 7300 series.Hope this helps.

Wire solar panels to battery, or to controller then battery
Do not put extra resistance in the solar charge circuit by going thru the converter and using the converter wire for.the.solar.charge , too much voltage drop and.power loss

Options, always have options, and the journey goes much smoother

Hi All.

I just finished installing the new 7355 RU in our Motorhome not long ago. What a big differace in preformance. Plus its so quite, that you don't even really hear the fan when it does run. Its also much kinder to your battries. Faster charging time. And doesn't boil your battries, as the old 7340 did. Its a simple direct change out. No problems at all going from a 40 amp to a 55 amp. It shows that you can get the 7345 RU or the 7355 RU. Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill
