Are there any reasonable priced 2bedroom units that are under 36 ft? Don't want anything larger than that. If I need to upgrade TV that would not be a problem. DW is wanting a 2 bedroom unit if they are reasonably priced.

You looking for a queen or bunks for the second bedroom?
We've been looking for bunks and our top 3 choices were:
Wildcat 32QBBS – not happy with the fit-finish, got the impression it was a low end.
Sunnybrook 346FWFB – 2010 was the last year this was made, now it is 2 adult bedrooms.
Cougar 322QBS – still in the running.

We are looking at the Wildcat 32QBT. 34'9" long. We have also looked at the Cougar 322QBS, but I feel that the quality of the Cougar is not the same as the Wildcat. Cheaper looking couch/cushion setup in bunk room. The storage below is not finished up top, all lines and ducts are open to the air inside. Everyone has their own opinion when it comes to rv's.
We have been looking for 2 months and are about to pull the triger.

Wow, that scares me to death; we were really excited about the Wildcat until we saw one in-person and were overwhelmed with the sub-standard quality. It’s been a while since I saw the Cougar, but I don’t recall being left with that impression. If the Cougar is of worse quality than the Wildcat, then it’s back to the drawing board for us.
Hopefully it will be at the Hershey show this weekend so I’ll see it again then, while the Wildcat is fresh in my mind.

Use what information you can from others but everyone has different likes and dislikes and even tolerances for varying quality in construction. It is important to get what you like!
We shopped for over a year and nearly bought a Cougar 326MKS. We looked at the Wildcat and the Sandpiper. At that time we felt the Cougar was the better of the three...that's just our opinion!
Best of luck in your Quest!

Crossroads Cruiser CF31QB. Front bunkhouse with rear master. Full, 60" x 80" queen in the master along with the optional 1/2 bath. Bunkhouse has three bunks and a jackknife sofa. More sleeping in the living area. Mine weighed 8,120 empty (a/c included) on a certified scale. The gross weight is just under 12,000 lbs. It is 34'11" long with two slide outs. We pull ours easily and safely with a 2009 Silverado 2500HD Duramax diesel. Crossroads is one of the few with a two year bumper to bumper warranty and five years on the six sided aluminum frame. www.crossroadsrv.com

We have a master bedroom and bath with shower up front. And a slide out dbl with bunk in back with a 1/2 bath in the back with sink and toilet. right now we like this arrangment it allows us to take quests and makes them feel comfortable with there own toilet and sink. When we are ready to FT we will look for more Living space for the 2 of us instead.
