Does anybody have or know where I might find a construction design diagram for the slide out design where the wall and floor connect together. Mine is seperating and I need to understand how it is constructed so I can repair it.

My first option would be to visit any RV dealership that sells your brand of trailer. Explain your problem, it might be a simple adjustment, or might require a more timely repair. The dealership could also provide you with the TX number of the factory.

Mine failed also exactly like yours, no sign just crack. I e-mailed Thor Ind. (Dutchman), but they pretty much refuse to help.
Do yourself a favor and buy a slide topper that goes beyond your room and it probably will never happen again.

The gent with the pictures helps but kinda leary to fix myself.

Fortunaley Dutchman still sells the one piece floor for my 16' slide out. Tells you they knew they had a problem if they still carry the floor for a 10 year old unit.

This happened to Chuck_S over in the HTT section. Check to see what he's found - it was recent so you shouldn't have to dig.

The following link by member JBarca will probably help you out. He rebuilt the whole floor of his slide and documented the project with many pictures and good comments. It is quite a long thread but should give you much needed information. Good luck.
