Someone please explain how gas can rise 4 cents a litre then 1 week later fall then after another week increase 4 cents, just can't figure it

You can go to Flying J web site click on downloads and if you have Excel you will have the location with Lat&Lon, phone # and other info of all Pilot and Flying J locations.
