Thought I'd share some pics of our 28' Bunkhouse we bought last fall. It is in amazing condition. It was used and maintained very well. No leaks or soft spots etc. The only real damage is the steps were ripped off pulling out of a campsite. The floor was repaired with 2x6 so that's probably the strongest spot in the whole floor. The front left corner seam must have separated along the way because that has also been repaired and sealed.
I have only ever seen one other one and that was on ebay a while back.
Took it to the scale and it was 5060lbs with some camping gear.
We took it out a few times last fall and everything worked perfectly. We haven't fired up the furnace or water heater and probably won't. Our radiant heater kept it toasty well into the 30s a few nights.
Projects for this spring are new steps, new vinyl floor and carpet in the back, and re-sealing the half that didn't get done in the fall.
The interior pics are the day we brought it home so we hadn't personalized it yet.
The campsite pics are at Orchard Beach State Park, Manistee, MI.
Looks to be in fantastic shape. Those old TT's where built like tanks and this one proves that. The interior reminds me of my family's older Terry Taurus that we travelled in during the 80's and early 90's.
