Park models, park trailers seem to be used interchangeably more often than not… I know I have done that… both are classified as RV’s but they but certified by different organizations… either can come with AC/DC power and appliances and holding tanks, or with out tanks and AC appliances…
Most park models today are 12 feet wide with shingle roofs but not all… I have seen some 8 wide with 2 tip outs and a RV style roofs…
There is plenty to blur the line between them…

She won't like nails sticking through the ceiling. If it's a flat roof, I've seen people build a "carport" over their trailer and roof it with regular shingles.
If it's a flat roof, maybe HPDM or other materials could be used, either brushed on or "glued" on but it doesn't sound like a regular "shingle job".

A park model comes with shingles. His just needs replacing.
I'm looking for someone in the Olympia, WA area to put a new roof on my park model. I can't take it in anywhere because I live in it so I need someone who will come on site. Thank you.
