Over in the Truck Campers section of the forum, right now there's a post with pics of an old duece-and-a-half military 6x6 truck with a motorhome body on it. Both rear axles are driven. A rear axle set from something like that would be good for your project so you don't have to re-invent the wheel trying to figure out how to couple your two Dana 80 rears.

Awesome! Truely awesome! Great job. I wish I lived a bit closer to see the job for myself. I'll be looking out for you if you ever decide to make it up to Canada.

You are about to see two 8 lugs in tandem. Nothing in impossable. If you use a NP-205 case backwords. You get two driveshafts faceing backwords. One for each rearend. And there is no need to leave both axles locked in all the time. So the transfur case will be in 2 wheel drive most of the time.

Since you're planning to use 2 driveshafts both coming from the same t-case to power both axles, you have to figure out how you're going to get the second driveshaft to go around the first axle and into the second axle.
I suppose you could flip the second axle around and upside down, so the pinion points backwards and the ring gear still rotates the same direction as the first axle, then connect a v-drive gear box from a boat to the pinion end of the second axle so so the second drive shaft can run above the first axle and change direction via the v-drive gear box.

I have the second rear on a decent tilt up. And it sits far enough back from the other rear thar I can go rt over top useing a carrier bearing. But thanks for idea.

I can think of only twenty or thirty easier ways to accomplish the goal.
