Gee willikers,Mr Wizard....I didn't drive this thing 1200 miles to have to put up with thunder and lightning and INCHES of rain..I hope that getting the new a/c cover pyt on yesterday takes care of the roof leak. They only put two screws back in after they replaced the roof and it bkew off somewhere between home and here. The guy at Clear Creek said they'd take care of it..Wait till he sees the job it did on the vanes on the a/c and the fact that there was a solar panel on it too...hgoo
Lost my AC cover, solar panel and associated wiring last year the exact same way. John make sure your four nuts that hold the AC down to the roof are snug, not tight tight but snug. You get to them by pulling off the interior cover.

I think that Kevin is gonna be upset when he gets the bills to correct someones mistakes from the roof repair.
Good grief,we've had a full scale tropical. Storm today.High winds,I thought I'd get by with just pulling the main awning, but had to pull the window ones on the windy side. The thunder had that nasty crack when it's right overhead, but no lightning. The dawg was lokking for a place to hide when the hail hit and the ground was white with it.The rig was really rocking from the eind and we're. kinda sheltered here.
