As the originator of this thread I would like to respectfully suggest that some of the responses to vapoorboy (not vaporboy) are a little over the top. I'm just saying...

I'll just say it. I'd say cut him, vapoorboy, some slack. It was his one and only post. Think back how you first came into this forum or other forums and got off on the wrong foot not understanding the nature, history and protocol of the board. It is really hard to break into a long standing group. Reactions like we had drive a lot of shy lurkers away. That's irreparable harm.

I would suggest that if you attend the rally that you plan on using your own shower and bathroom. Then you'll be free to enjoy the rally and the fun and not worry about the CG BRs.

The period for nominations for the B9 RV.net Class B Rally in 2012 has ended. However we are holding it open until Friday (8/5/2011) in case anyone would like to make a site nomination and had missed the notifications up to now. See b-rally.org for how to make a nomination.
We have one nomination at this point so if no other nominations are made by Friday this nomination will be made the site for B9 with no vote needed. The nominated site can be viewed at b-rally.org

Remember those ratings are based on HUMANS placing a number value on their personal decisions/feeling about a campground. My wife and I tired of the ratings years ago because we found badly rated campgrounds better than some that were rated better/higher. It's all a matter of taste. PLEASE join us at our next Rally. I'm sure you will enjoy it and have fun meeting many wonderful people. Once a campground has been decided upon, check out their web site. Ask other campers if they had been there and their opinion. Less than 8 isn't the same as less to ate. LOL You'll have plenty of fun and lots to eat. Volunteer Rallies work out better than most of the Club types and less expensive. Don't let some unknown individuals rating get in your way of having true FUN!

We were hoping that by extending the nomination period through August 5 there would be at least one other site nominated so that there could have been a vote. That didn't happen so the RV.net ninth annual Class-B only Rally will be held in Ohio once again, this time at Woodside Lake Park in Streetsboro, Ohio www.woodsidelake.com. We notified Woodside today that their campground has been selected.
Chris and I will be out of town Tomorrow and Monday and will begin posting to this forum, as well as on the b-rally.org site, preliminary information regarding registration, reservations, schedule of events, etc. next week. Subscribe to this topic to keep informed.
We look forward to seeing you at B-9 as we were unable to attend the last two Rallies.

We'll get all of that information posted next week. Registration will start early as there are only 40 sites with water and electric. If there are over 40 registered, we will start a waiting list, or overflow list as there are always members that for any number of reasons cancel as time goes on. The registration fees will be refunded up to a certain date yet to be determined.
