Although the 04 and 05 mirrors are not made by Power Vision, they do have a sister site:GM Mirror Repair
I just got my mirror back from them. It was a total of 7 days from my house to them and back. Great people to work with and they repaired my mirror for 1/3 the cost of replacing it. I highly reccommend them to anyone having problems with their extendable GM mirrors.

I called power vision mirror company to ask a question for another rv.net member. I was told very clearly that the GM mirrors were not power vision. Now I see the GM mirror repair is in the same town as the power vision company.

The address you ship them to "IS" Power Vision. I think they were telling you correctly, but they do repair the GM mirror.

An alternative would be to replace them with the newer style. They can be found on Ebay for under $200 shipped with power, heat, but no signal. $300 for all three.
