Carriage uses hung walls. On Crossroads it's the 5th wheels that use hung walls, they have moved to laminated walls on the travel trailers.

Newmar 5ers are also hung wall construction (also refered to as "built up walls"). If you are worried about de-lamination issues...Forest River says that Vacuum Pressure Laminated wall construction is 10 times less likely to have delamination than "laminated pinch rollered and glued walls". Around 75% are pinch rollered, the rest are vacuum laminated or hung walled (which are not prone to delamination issues).

Some Forest River and Thor products are vacuum laminated, and all StarCraft, Jayco's, Evergreen and Ever-Lites!

Hung walls have come loose from the studs. I know of a monaco that had the left side removed and reglued. $7000.00 because monaco went belly up and he lost the warranty.

I realize this is a 5th wheel forum, but do any of you know of any travel trailer brands that use the "hung wall" method?
