My '07 Keystone Cougar has a badly faded front decal, and one peeling on the side at the rear. I contacted Keystone about it, was asked to submit some pics, and they shipped me new ones. I've heard a lot of negative comments about Keystone (and others) but IMHO if you approach them civilly, they will treat you right.
