It is unfortunate to read some of these comments. I have posted my email several times and yet have heard from any of you other than Greyghost. I would be interested in hearing what greyghost has as an update. Many of you have several negative comments regarding our business and if you have a problem contact me directly.

So far theres nothing to report. They're not going to start work until the last part arrives and that did not ship until this last Thursday.
My concern is that I must leave for a good friends wedding in Colorado on July 26 and I don't have any confidence that the coach will be completed by then. If it's not finished by then I will take it regardles of the condition.
Mr Lemonis, I had asked you to respond to the questions I asked in the post and as yet I have not received a reply from you. A PM will be more than sufficient.

Visited several CW's in my life back many many years ago
I found them to have a lot of stuff I needed.
visited one in St. Augustine florida couple years ago they still had a lot of stuff
I didn't need anything I just like to look.
their prices did seem to be higher than my local rv store which doesn't carry nearly the stuff CW does and is 20 miles away instead of 100 miles for the nearest CW.
they must be doing something right they are still in business.
But if I were in the OP's position I too would be upset there is no excuse for that kind of treatment.

I updated the post and I expected it to move back to the top. Instead it almost looks like it moved down the food chain.
So consider this a bump to get it back to the top until CW completes the job. And, as I stated in the update, I'm still waiting for a response to the questions that I asked in the post.

Greyghost wrote: In early May we were leaving Thousand Trails (TT) in Morgan Hill CA and heading to San Tan Valley AZ. I neglected to check the cargo doors and about 2 miles after we left TT one of the cpargo bays popped open and hit one of those green trash bins. We pulled over and discovered that one cargo door was destroyed and anothe would need some serious work plus some rubbing out on a third door plus about 12 ft of attachment trim would need replacing.
We called our insurance company (Progressive)and they told us we had to go to Camping World in Mesa AZ if we wanted to get the full guarantee of the work. So, we took it to CW on May 10th for the appraisal and they finally ordered the parts on May 26th. On June 17 we had not heard anything from CW so my wife called them for a status. She made 2 calls and got zero response from them. I called late day (6/17) as an irate customer because they had not returned any of my wifes calsl and we finally received an update from the manager that if the parts came in the work would be completed by the next week (last week). When we had not heard back from CW I called the Progressive agent and he said he would look into the problem.
This morning I called Newmar and found out that the parts did not get ordered until June 23 at 09:30 EST. CW claims that they had to order the parts via a certified Newmar service center and that the order was never placed so I'm assuming that they expect this excuse to resolve them of any and all responsibility for not following up on the order.
What do I expect?
1. The contracting service center CW to place the original order in a timely manner not wait for 2 weeks to get around to it.
2. When the parts do not arrive in a timely manner I expected them to do some type of followup.
3. When I asked for a status on the repair I expected CW to provide me with an honest answer instead of shining me on and then waiting for a full week before they finally check on the order and have it reordered
Do I expect too much from Camping World, or is this status quo with them?
Marcus Lemonis are you listening?
I stopped by CW yesterday and apparently the last of the parts came at 12 noon and once I arrived they assigned someone to start working on the repair.
I'll update as I hear from them or more likey when I make inquiries. I'm still waiting for a response from Mr Lemonis other that when he bashed you folks.
for beginners in Insuance companies can not tell you where to go
this is called steering, I know in the state of CA its the law and the insurance co can get in big trouble, I also think in the state of AZ its the law as well

If you read thru the posts, it's explained quite clearly. If...........I want Progressive to stand behind the work, I must go to one of their approved repair centers. Next time I'll take my chances with a repair shop that is not certified with Progressive and I'll probably get a very responsive shop.

We are pretty low budget compared to some of the rigs I see at CW so we probably wouldn't be noticed when we drove on the lot. However, there are several "Mom & Pop" RV service centers around us that have a stellar reputation and always seem happy to see us come in - even when we don't spend much money. These guys have won our business for gadgets, parts and repairs.

Last Thursday was June 30, how many days for shipping? Seems like you should have heard something by now it's been 9 days, at least a status report on the parts arrival or not!
How long for the repair? Mr. Lemonis, sounds like that shop needs a little heat from the top!
