HERE WE GO AGAIN!!

Who: You
What: 2011 Wisconsin Fally Rally
When: October 7 - 9, 2011
Where: Indian Trails Campground in Pardeeville, WI.
Why: Why not.....

RALLY EVENTS

Thursday, October 6th: Early Bird Special! No, it's not Bingo Night! But come a night early and really do nothing except sit around and catch up on old times with friends and family. Check-In is at 4:00 PM.

Friday, October 7th: Official Start and Welcome! This is the night for Winers.... Bring a bottle (or two) of your favorite Wine and/or some Cheese to share and enjoy this popular event at the usual spot around the group campfire. Check-In is at 4:00 PM.

I will be at my site, #71, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM for you to pick up your Welcome Packet. Also, when you pick up your packet I will need to collect $20 from you. This is used to cover all the miscellaneous costs for the Rally, and to purchase prizes for everyone to win.

Saturday, October 8th: Start off your day by taking in the local flavor and visit the Amish Bakery. But get there early as the lines get long! Indian Trails has maps available for you to enjoy your self-guided tour of the countryside.

1:00 PM: Kid's Crafts!
Michelle Smith will be heading up the Kid's Crafts. This fun time includes Tie-Dying and Cookie decorating. This will also be held in the Water Wheel Shed, or outdoors (weather permitting). Additional information for this will follow soon. If you wish to volunteer and help Michelle out, please let her know. Bring your own shirt to tye-dye.... Kids and adults!

5:00 PM: Potluck !
Bring your favorite dish to pass. Hot Beef and Hot Ham Sandwiches will be served up, graciously donated again by Pat & Carey Merz. The Raffle will take place right after dinner. The Water Wheel shed has been reserved for us, but weather permitting, we might have this outside. As always, help is appreciated with setting up and cleaning up.

7:00 PM: Trick or Treat! Smell My Feet!
Saturday Night is for Ghosts & Gobblins of all ages with Trick or Treating for the kids (and adults?). If you wish to hand out candy at your site, just turn on your porch light!

8:00 PM: Desert by the bonfire
Bring a dessert of your choice to site #71 to share around the group bonfire.

The rest of Saturday night is up to you to enjoy as you'ld like...

Sunday, October 10th: Show up at 10:00 AM for the group picture if you so desire. Also, plan on turning in your nametags prior to this to Marty & Wendy on Site #72 for a chance at a final drawing prize.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Please contact Indian Trails Campground directly for reserving a site. We are again located in the Totem Field. All sites are reservable, are on a first come, first serve basis and are being held under the "RV.Net Group". Any and all site changes or cancellations after you have made your reservation are subject to availability and Indian Trails' policies. Please see the Site List on the next post for campsite availability within the group.

Camping Rates for the 2011 Fall Rally are as follows:

Get a 4th Weeknight free when you've paid for 3 nights!
Weekday (Sunday - Thursday Night) $25.50
Weekend (Friday & Saturday Nights) $32.50
Waterfront campsites add $5.00

And for all you dog owners, Indian Trails charges a fee of $10 per dog. This is refundable upon your departure should there be no problems and rules are followed.

Also note that Indian Trails no longer allows you to bring firewood. It can be purchased there for $2.95 a bundle. Firewood will be provided for the group fire on site #71

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO

If you want to attend this event, please do the following:

Look at the Site List for available campsites on the next post and contact Indian Trails directly to reserve your site. Tell them you want to be a part of the RV.Net Group.
Once you have done this, send me a PM with the following information:

The names of the adults and kids on your site
What day you are arriving
What site you reserved
What dish you will be bringing for the Potluck
How many Beef and/or Ham sandwiches you'd like for the potluck
How many kids will take part in the Kid's Crafts (and their ages)
Do you have anything you would like to donate for the Raffle

Some of you had reserved your sites at the end of last year's Fall Rally. Please send me the above information if you are one those that did.

Thanks, and we hope you can attend!
Joe.

Missed to many! Hoping schedule will work this year!
Maybe read it too fast, do we have a sight for the group fire or will we just use 71 and 'circle the wagons' as in the past?

Look forward to seeing everybody!
