I've been checking everything on the trailer today. While I was running the water, it sprung a leak shooting water!! I located the leak easily. It was underneath the bed at a connection point. Water was shooting out from the connection shown. It appears the tubing came separated from the cone end which pulled out from the screw connector. I tried to simply place the cone end back on the tubing and screw it back in place. Worked for a short period of time until another gyser shot out! Any suggestions on how to cure this problem.

If that is 1/2 PEX go to Home Depot and check out sharkbite fittings....they snap on and will not come back off (without special $2 tool) and do not leak. They are expensive but work!

Other fittings available also.....anything but them compression ones.
I hate compression fittings for that reason........If I have them, I replace them ALL.

I had some flexible white hose in and around my water pump and outside fittings.(It was used so it bebt easily) I replaced it all with pex fittings and used 90's insted of bending hose. It is way less troub;e now without small leaks

There's supposed to be a toothed metal spring ring that slips on the tubing before the compression cone is pushed on. The ring grabs the tubing and keeps it from backing out when the nut is tightened. Any hardware store that carries "Quest" brand fittings should have the rings. They look sort of like lock washers. Just make sure you get the right size. I agree with Old-Biscuit though, I like Sharkbite, Watts, or SeaTech push-on fittings better.
