I read somewhere that the control pannel can be lighted from behind, but for the life of me I can not find the article and searches are not turning up anything.
I removed all the screws and put a flashlight behind the pannel and one can see all the switch labels really nicely. I am hoping someone has installed some kind of lighting behind the pannel so that when turned on it iluminates the text and one can find the switch they are looking for without turning on every switch on the pannel.
I have a couple of extra blank switch locations and can get a switch that looks like what is alredy there and probably can find power for the light, I just need to see what type of lighting would be approiate for behind the control pannel.
Thanks everyone for all of the past voltage info it was a big help with our decision to get our 3200.

thanks everyone for the replies. That is the article I was looking for and it helped. Found thisat camping world and it lights up the whole panel. Took one of the existing non lighted switches to the auto parts store and found the exact one and installed it in the unused place labeled ceiling lights on the panel. Now we open the door and hit the switch and even an almost blind person can see the text for all the switches, etc. It is only on for a minute or so, so not much heat generated from the light, so the little lady is now very happy. May ask the Dutchmen shop in October about why there is no back light in the control panel. Am getting the 2nd AC installed at the plant in the middle of October. Best $$ were from the plant.
